The Qatari volleyball team qualified for the semi-finals of the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou after defeating Pakistan 3-0 (26 – 24, 25 – 19, 23 – 25, 25 – 18).

In a high-level match, the Qatari team succeeded in winning the first and second halves but lost the third half by two points. The match went to a fourth half in which the team players were able to win it with a difference of seven points.

The Qatari team will face Iran on Monday in the semi-finals.
