The Qatari senior team qualified to the  second round of the prestigious FIVB Beach Volleyball World Championships 2015 on Tuesday.

The team will meet USA in Round 32 today at 8 PM Doha Time.

The Qatar duo were among the 8 best 3rd-ranked teams from the 12 pools in the first phase.

The 2015 edition of the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Championships is a beach volleyball double-gender event, which is held from 26 June to 5 July 2015 in The Hague, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Apeldoorn, Netherlands.

The biennial competition features the participation of 48 teams split into 12 groups. The top two from each group will advance to the round of 32 along with the eight best third-ranked teams.
