The Qatar Volleyball Association, under the supervision of the “FIVB”, organizes the Doha World Cup for Beach Volleyball 2021 with a one-star category, where the tournament is held with all necessary precautionary and preventive measures taken to limit the spread of Covid-19 virus and follow the safe health bubble system in coordination with the Ministry of Public Health .
The tournament will launch from February 22 to 26, in the beach volleyball courts Al-Gharafa.
More than 33 teams from 16 countries are participating in the tournament: Gambia, Morocco, Poland, Turkey, Brazil, Lebanon, Tunisia, Russia, America, Egypt, the Sultanate of Oman, Switzerland, Venezuela, and Qatar, where six teams participate, including five teams in the main draw: Cherif , Ahmed , Ziad and Mahmoud , Danny and Nito, Jasim Al-Kuwari and Nasser Al-Meer, Youssef and Abdullah , as for the sixth Qatari team, which will participate in the preliminary consisting of the duo Abdullah Samir and Mubarak Al-Kuwari.
A local and international referee team will also participate in the arbitration of the championship competitions, with 22 referees
