Our national men’s volleyball team won their first victory at the Asian Championship in Iran, after beating Sri Lankan counterparts three clean runs in the game that gathered them today in the tournament.
The results of the game came as follows (25 – 21), (25 – 14), (25 – 15) for the benefit of our team to finish third in Group A, while the Sri Lankan team is at the bottom of the ranking.
Qatar team lost the first two games against Australia and Iran, losing the opportunity to qualify for the quarter-finals, and only play on the ranking of honorary positions from the ninth to the sixteenth.
Our national team will meet the third group C, which includes China, Kazakhstan, India and Oman on Tuesday, and will face on Wednesday the fourth group C, and based on the results of the Qatari team in the two matches will determine the next confrontations.
