The draw ceremony of the prestigious 35th Arab Club Volleyball Championship was held in Manama, Bahrain on Saturday.
The two week-long event will bring together 17 clubs representing 11 countries who will compete for top honors in Cairo, Egypt.
Qatar’s El Jaish are pooled in group A alongside Zamalek (Egypt), Shabab Al Hussein (Jordan) and Al Shola (Yemen), while Qatar’s Al Rayyan are distributed in group D beside Al Salam (Oman), El Itihad ( Libya) and Karmal (Jordan).
El Jaish will open campaign against Zamalek of Egypt , while Al Rayyan will face Al Karmal.
