The competitions of the third round of the first section of the Senior men’s volleyball league for the 2020-2021 sports season kicked off this evening, with two matches at the QVA Hall, where the first witnessed the police victory over Al-Ahli, and in the second Qatar beat Al-Khor.
The police managed to achieve a deserved victory by three clean runs over Al-Ahli by / 25 -23, 25 -23, 27-25 / after a strong and exciting match from both sides. This victory raised the police balance to 9 points at the top of the league standings temporarily, while Al-Ahli’s balance was frozen at 5 points.
In the second match, Qatar achieved a victory over Al-Khor by three games against one game by / 17-25, 28-26, 25-15 and 25-19 / This victory raised Al-Qatar.S.C balance to 9 points in second place temporarily, and Al-Khor remained with4 points.
The Senior men’s league matches will continue tomorrow (Saturday) with two meetings in which Al-Sadd will meet Al-Arabi and Al-Shamal will meet Al-Gharafa.
