Our national volleyball team for men (2) consisting of duo Ziad Abdul Majeed and Saif Al Majid came in second place after losing in the final to Oman (1) composed of duo Haitham Al Shariqi and Ahmed Al Hosani with two results for nothing and a result (13-21 and 17) 21) and total points (30-42), at the conclusion of the 28th edition of the Arab Beach Volleyball Championship, which was held on the beach stadium in the municipality entertainment center and organized by the Oman Volleyball Federation under the supervision of the Arab Volleyball Federation within the sporting events associated with a clown Under the patronage of Khalid bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Chairman of the Oman Olympic Committee in the presence of Ali Ghanem Al Kuwari, President of the Qatar Volleyball Federation, Mohammed Salem Al Kuwari, QVA Board Member, in addition to the members of the Board of Directors of the Oman Volleyball Federation and a group of followers of the tournament held with the participation of 12 Teams in the men’s championship represent 7 teams, where our team participated by two teams including Qatar (1) duo Tamer Issa and Dani Al-Muslmani, and Qatar (2), including duo Ziad Abdul Majid and Saif Al-Majid, and the Oman team participated by two teams in addition to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Yemen The teams of Lebanon and Palestine, with one team each, were divided into four groups in the first round. Qatar (2) was able to reach the final game after he overcame his brother Oman (2) consisting of duo Mazen Al-Hashemi and Noah Al-Jalboubi 2-1 The result (23-21, 16-21, 15-8) and the total points of the three runs (54-50) in the semi-finals.
Oman (1) qualified for the final match after beating Bahrain (1) 2-1 in the semi-finals (21-16, 21-17) and half-points (42-33).
Qatar (1), composed of duo Tamer Issa and Dani Al-Muslmani, came in eighth place after losing to the Lebanese team consisting of duo Elie Abi Chedid and Joe Al-Azzi with two games to half and 21-18, 20-22 and 15-17 in the meeting to determine the two positions 7&8 .
